People that succeed in business are men, but also have businesswomen, too. Especially, young woman sets up his business successfully in the age of 20. San kaknika is the owner clothes shop 174 inside the market (347-348 stores) and outside near the Koner Caffee. Address 174#, 155St, District Thol Tom Poung I, Khan Chomkamon, Phnom Penh city.

She was born in 1992 in Phnom Penh City. She is the second child of his family. She has an oldest brother and youngest sister. She graduates high school level 12 since 2010. After she finishes high school, she stopped to study at university, and she got married with a proffesor at the Royal University of Law and Economic, and now has a baby boy. In that time, she starts doing business with selling clothes in Toul Tom Poung Market, and after year she opens a new branch near the Koner Caffee.

In 2010, she told his mother that she wants to sell the clothes from garment factory in Cambodia because Toul Tom Poung Market has a lot of people like to buy the garment clothes. Although she has an uncle who sells garment clothes, supports everything to her. Then she has known some guys that work in garment factory. To begin, she asks for his mother money to set up his business into the market.

During that time, she worried with her shop because his shop was not in the area of clothes shops; she opened alone around her with bag shops, souvenirs shop. She also knew that she will have a problem with her shop; that no one knew because of it was too far from the area. Another one, she had not many kinds of clothes, especially the good brands like CELIO, HOLLISTER, GAP, BANANA REPUBLIC and more.

Just only for two months, everything run step by step because she had known another guy had the good brand of what she needed. Moreover, she had more customers such as foreigners and Khmer. Some Vietnamese Grand bought to sell in their country. Especially, she said that “friendly and polite are the point that make our customer like to buy in our shop”. And she said that “customer is the king”.

Even her business is going well; she still needed more goods for customers to improve her shop, so she went to garment factory and bought an old stock of clothes for sale to Poy Pet. She had known some guys working at garment factory, so they tried to help her to get into there.

Until 2011, she had known more people that had product to sell for her, so she had many kinds of what she needed that she had not before. Especially, the brands name that she had, she sold to special customers or old customers and Vietnamese. It was an opportunity costs that she had the brands name because all brands name, she has sold to Vietnamese all that they bought for sell in their country. After she had problem for a while, she will be better than before, but she felt so tired with her business.

In 2012, after it was working she opened a new branch. It called 174 clothes shop. She divided the branch because she wanted to make more profits, found out the new customers, sold the old stocks out and improved her business. Even if she just opened the new shop, she still had many people want to buy into her shop because of productivity.

San Kaknika is really made it, so she is a businesswoman. And then this is a slogan of what she said “if you think you can do, you can.”
